Furthermore, with us, you get to experience exceptional skills to design and deliver all the attires you see on TV and wish to have in your wardrobe. Apart from all of this, if you still happen to come across any minor or major loophole with your order, you can use the perk of exchange and return policy. Here’s how you can do it without any complications.

1. Exchange

If you aren’t satisfied with the product that already has been delivered to your home, or you have got some issue with it, you can contact us ASAP and let us know about your concerns. Even if you don’t want to exchange it and just want to alter your attire, consider getting in touch with us! You just have to pay a little as per your requirements and your product will be customized according to your needs. But make sure to claim within a month of receiving your order.

2. Return

If we are speaking of quality then we must keep our words. However, mistakes are inevitable. So if you have a genuine issue with what has been delivered to you, you can simply claim for a return policy. But this can only be done under two conditions;

  • You did not receive the product you ordered.
  • The received product is dented, torn, or damaged.

Things to keep in mind!

  • The Refund will be processed by the original payment method.
  • Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable
  • Make sure to claim a refund within 7-10 days of receiving your order.

3. Procedure of Claims and Requests

To claim the exchange and return policy of your order, follow these steps;
  • Inform us about your issue through email.
  • Be specific about your order details and issue so it can be easier for us to identify your order history ASAP.
  • You’ll be connected to our sales representatives within two days.
  • You’ll get the warehouse address once your claim is accepted just so you can ship us back the order.

4. Be attentive to the following points to make sure your claim has been accepted;

  • Don’t throw out the original packaging if you want to return your order.
  • The tag should be attached to the product so we can be assured, the product belongs to us.
  • Don’t try to alter or wear the outfit if you want to claim a refund or exchange.
  • Make sure you are claiming for a valid reason.
  • Claim for the customized jackets won’t be accepted because they are entirely. Assembled according to customer preference and cannot be sold to another one.
  • Do not accept any order if it’s not sealed or the seal has been opened already. (Blister, transparent boxes, etc.).
